The Children's Lawyer is located in Legal Aid, and represents children involved with Child and Family services, as well as those who are involved in custody and access court cases.
An e-mental health option that supports youth and young adults in learning new ways to manage stress, depression and anxiety, as well as strengthening their existing coping skills.
Bride the Gapp is available to adults and youth and is accessible through computer, tablet, or phone. The content on their page provides advice and directions to finding support for individuals.
AMAL wellness centre provides supports physically, emotionally, spiritually, socially, and intellectually. The service is available to children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. On their site you will see resources for counselling (individual, family, or group), acupuncture services, and holistic wellness services.
Virtual (telephone or video) and in person sessions are available as a walk-in service without appointment or referral. Doorways is not an emergency service and is available for all of Newfoundland.
Provides a variety of services for young people, including a drop-in service with meals, health care, counselling services, assistance accessing income support, support securing employment and housing, educational program connections, safety planning, access to community methadone program, addictions counselling services, NA/AA, support reconnecting with family, and more.
