First Light is a registered non-profit organization that serves the urban Indigenous and non-Indigenous community alike by providing programs and services rooted in the revitalization, strengthening and celebration of Indigenous cultures and languages in the spirit of trust, respect, and friendship.
This is a place for all New Brunswickers to find information about accessing government and community programs, and resources to help you live a healthy, well-supported life. Families and caregivers will find useful information here, as well.

The Miinga app is the first of its kind in Nunavut and has been specifically designed with and for Nunavummiut. Miinga provides users with a variety of mental health resources and emergency services to choose from including healing by talking, medical travel, social services and much more.
