  • Make your space cozy and warm- get cushions and soft blankets
  • Collect images or photos of your favourite people or places to remind you of what you love 
  • Spend time outside with nature

  • Share how your day went with a friend or someone in your support network.
  • Use positive affirmations to reset your headspace.
  • Be kind to yourself and remember it's okay to feel different emotions.

     

  • Stick to your daily routine as much as possible. Having a normal routine can help you to stay grounded if things feel overwhelming.

  • What do you want to achieve in this week, this month and this year? - set goals!
